Trackster - GPS Tracking of Employees, Family and Friends App Reviews

With trackster I can easily keep track of where all my friends and family are. I can even post status updates to Facebook right from within the app.

I can track my crews. They can clock in and out of job locations plus I can see where theyve been. If a priority call comes in I can see which of my spray guys is closest to the customer and dispatch him. Its great!

Keep track of your kids without having to call or text. I can check their location rom my iPad, tablet or PC in real time.

Works to locate myself, but is intermittent when locating our other employee. Have called customer service several times, they had no solution to the problem. Both phones are iPhone 4, both are on Verizon, both are in same city area. Employees phone will ping until about 9:00am and then quit giving locations for the rest of the day. Consider carefully before you pay 20.00 for the service.

My company heavily relies on tracking our consultants when disputes arise with our clients. We needed an iPhone solution and they seemed limited. We found trackster at a reasonable monthly fee and a low initial investment per app. We spoke with their team and it seemed that the software would do what we needed. The app filled all requirements that our team needed and worked great. They then updated the App in March of 2013. We started expereincing issues shortly after. We changed deivces and did all the troubleshooting while working closesly with trackster. It is now October 2013 and they have yet to release an update to fix this issue. All they need to do is roll back their last update and it would fix our problems. This was a great app but is now useless. The actual issue we are expereincing is when we try to track a person it stays tracking for about 20 minutes then just stops tracking. I still have a few people on the older version of trackster and its still working properly. The fix should be simple but they have not offered any hope, just false promises for the last few months stringing us along saying it will be fixed but with no results. I looked even further into this and found that other people are having the same issues. If they release a fix and it starts working properly I would be willing to upgrade my rating, but at this point it doesnt look like that is happening soon.

I demand a reimbursement of my money. App just crash and dont even let me start using it !
